CMT managers manage each portfolio/client in a separate excel, value of US$ 10B across all 11 processing centers supporting all 60 markets. Scalability challenges to support growing business. Shared network drive is used as backup mechanism with limited access controls and audit.

  • We developed & deployed a global application Commodity Collateral Application (COCOA) to enable Collateral Management Team control and monitor physical commodities, collateral, and financial liabilities for the Commodity Trade Finance function.
  • COCOA is a deal centric system with capabilities of deal management, inventory management, limit management, dashboard, and reporting.
  • COCOA interfaces with existing bank systems to make use of already well-established interfaces such as customer information, customer limits, trade counterparties and prices feeds etc.
