Scrum Master

Job Description

• Scrum Master to focus and manage the In-Room Control products.
• Supporting application development delivery, including system enhancements, production support, QA, UAT, release coordination and technical project delivery.
• To facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery meetings, ensuring discussions are action-oriented and followed through to closure.
• To coordinate multiple products, product teams and delivery streams concurrently with clear priorities, dependencies, risks and action items.
• Working with local, remote, distributed, offshore and vendor teams to maintain alignment, communication, ownership and delivery visibility.
• To identify, track, follow up and escalate blockers, dependencies, overdue items, delivery risks and decision points in a timely manner.
• Stakeholder coordination and communication skills across BA, Development, QA, PMO, Infrastructure / Platform, Information Security, vendors and business users.

Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, IT project coordination, application development coordination, software delivery support, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Project Management or related fields; Agile certification is preferred.
• Hotel industry background preferred.
• Proficiency in Jira for backlog management, sprint or workflow tracking, issue management, dashboards, reporting and maintaining accurate delivery data.
