AI/ML Engineer

Job Description

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt engineering strategies.
• Design multi-step autonomous AI agents and workflows.
• Build ML models and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines using Python.
• Write scalable, production-ready Python code.
• Integrate AI capabilities into applications and cloud platforms.
• Deploy AI solutions on Azure and AWS infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, FastAPI, LangChain, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Expertise in Generative AI and LLM tools.
• Experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows.
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and model evaluation techniques.
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals, MLOps, and production deployment.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience.
• Proven experience delivering LLM-powered applications.
• Experience building production ML pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Exposure to GenAI systems in enterprise environments preferred.
