We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this role the following will be required:
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in in disaster recovery planning and implementation, specifically within cloud environments (Azure and OCI preferred)
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, and services
- Proven experience in developing and executing DR test plans and exercises
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, including DORA
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with on-premise data centre DR plans and invocation is very useful
- Any relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations, Disaster Recovery certifications) are desirable.
