Dot Net Core developer

Description

Looking for a .NET Developer to produce scalable software solutions as per business requirement. The individual would be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a .NET Developer, individual should be comfortable with relevant coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. The position demands excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and applicants must be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The individual has hands on experience in technologies as detailed in the Knowledge and Skills Section.

Job Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)

• Develop and manage well-functioning applications
• Writing clean, functional code
• Work with development teams to ideate software solutions
• Ensure Compliance to Information security policies, standards, procedures guidelines
• Effective Communication with Team customer at all level
• Support including bug fixes
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Team Player

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework
• Experience working with web development technologies such as ASP.NET web form and MVC
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET programming languages like C# and Visual Basic .NET
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
• Familiarity with databases such as Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Statistics or relevant field.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in application development, including over 4 years of hands-on experience with .NET (both Framework and Core).
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain protocol and processes with team and management.
• Time management skills, with the capability to prioritize and multitask as needed.
• Experience working together with teams from several departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.
• Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications.
