We are looking to onboard an early joiner Quality Engineering (QE) professional who can independently handle the testing of AI models and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate should be self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment.
Key Requirements:
Experience Level: Assistant Manager (AM)
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Python for scripting and automation.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML model testing methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
- Ability to validate model outputs, performance metrics, and data pipelines.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and developers.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the testing lifecycle.
