Frontend Engineer

Job Description

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js and Next.js with high performance and responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Use Node.js for server-side logic and MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
• Build and maintain Storybook components for UI development and testing.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Develop unit tests for frontend components.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate APIs.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Stay updated with frontend trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Storybook and component-driven development.
• Solid knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design systems and responsive web development.
• Experience working in Unix and Windows environments.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Experience

• Preferably 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Proven experience translating design mockups into responsive web interfaces.
• Experience optimizing frontend applications for performance and scalability.
• Hands-on experience integrating frontend with backend APIs.
