PMO Analyst/ Consultant

Job Description

• Monitor and measure investment financials to support decision-making and effective interventions.
• Manage templates, dashboards, and reporting outputs for budget, benefits, and OKR tracking.
• Own business case frameworks, processes, and standards in collaboration with Finance.
• Track enterprise budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, and earned value to ensure investment targets are met.
• Maintain alignment between project benefits and organizational OKRs (“golden thread”).
• Manage financial change control across Waterfall and Agile initiatives.
• Process Statements of Work (SOWs) and Purchase Orders (POs), reconciling against budgets and forecasts.
• Reconcile timesheets, invoices, SOWs, and overall project financials.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
• Execute quality assurance frameworks for Waterfall and Agile projects.
• Support enterprise-wide reporting and insights for investment-funded initiatives.
• Assist Project Delivery Leads (PDLs) and Project Managers with governance activities, reporting packs, RAID logs, and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of PMO governance frameworks and project financial management.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, earned value, and financial change control.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in dashboarding, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting steering committees and governance forums.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives across portfolios.

Experience

• Proven experience in PMO, Project Controls, or Portfolio Management roles.
• Hands-on experience managing investment financials and enterprise reporting.
• Experience supporting Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Demonstrated ability in quality assurance, change control, and stage-gate processes.
• Experience working closely with Finance, Delivery Leads, and Project Managers.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale programs, portfolios, and OKR-driven environments.
