Business Analyst

Job Description

• Lead business analysis initiatives for banking and financial platforms with a focus on Virtual Account Management (VAM), Cash Management Platforms, and Liquidity Management.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across operations, technology, and product teams.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Support the implementation of Remote Cheque Printing and Remote Cheque Scanning solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Drive UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Provide domain expertise and strategic input for platform enhancements and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of corporate banking and transaction banking products.
• Proven expertise in Virtual Account Management (VAM), Cash Management Platforms, and Liquidity Management.
• Hands-on experience with Remote Cheque Printing and Remote Cheque Scanning solutions.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in UAE banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale financial technology or banking transformation projects.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
• Experience supporting the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering through deployment.
