Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Job Description

• Develop high-performance iOS and Android applications using React Native.
• Architect scalable mobile solutions following modern React Native standards.
• Contribute across the full stack, including backend services using Spring Boot.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, testable code with unit test implementation.
• Build responsive and secure enterprise-grade UI/UX experiences.
• Troubleshoot performance, stability, and optimization issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Design, and DevOps teams.
• Manage code using Git, including branching strategies and collaborative workflows.
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and SDLC processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in React Native, ES6, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query, and Zustand.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and modern React Native patterns.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android application lifecycles and platform differences.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Git and monorepo workflows.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with React JS and Next.js.
• Familiarity with Figma or other design tools.
• Knowledge of AWS and GitHub Actions.

Experience

• Minimum of 7+ years of total software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• 3+ years of experience building backend applications using Spring Boot.
• Experience delivering full-stack enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to work in distributed teams and Agile environments.
