Data Analyst – Data Office

Job Description

• Develop data products, software applications, and data marts to collect, process, and analyze enterprise data.
• Build algorithms and models to identify trends, patterns, and predictive insights.
• Design dashboards and user interfaces for data visualization and business reporting.
• Validate and test data solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver business-ready data products.
• Support Business Performance and Strategic Analytics initiatives.
• Work closely with IT, architecture, and data platform teams to deploy scalable solutions.
• Provide analytics support to retail, business, and wholesale banking teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of data product development and data mart design.
• Expertise in Python and SQL (experience with R, SAS, or Spark is a plus).
• Experience with machine learning, time series analysis, and optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data technologies (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable).
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong understanding of banking products (Retail, Business, and Wholesale preferred).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Cloud certification is an added advantage.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with end-to-end data product deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL.
• Experience working with Databricks for data processing and analytics.
• Minimum of 3 years of banking data experience.
• Experience deploying solutions across databases and cloud or server environments.
• Exposure to APIs, web applications, and data integration frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in multicultural environments.
