Senior Software Engineer (IT)

Job Description

• 6+ years of Software Engineering experience with strong expertise in Fraud Rules Engines (IBM ODM preferred), including hands-on rule authoring, implementation, and optimization in production environments.
• Proven track record in platform modernization and large-scale migration initiatives, supporting high-throughput, low-latency, highly available systems within banking, payments, or financial services domains.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Go, with experience in scalable distributed architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, performance tuning, automation, and DevOps best practices.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven solutions to enhance fraud detection, rule management, operational efficiency, and business decisioning processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, drive implementation best practices, deliver business-critical solutions, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Location: Pune.
• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO and 2 days WFH).
• Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates with an employment gap of up to 10 months may be considered.
