Early Career Specialist

Job Description

• Reporting to the Early Careers Lead, this role will be delivering Early Careers recruitment for internship and graduate hiring. A key requirement of the role is to collaborate through others, including Talent Acquisition sub-services, business stakeholders, third-party providers and colleagues across other HR transaction cycles, to ensure the effective delivery of a strong candidate, hiring manager and stakeholder experience.
• Support end-to-end campus recruitment delivery across Asia, with a primary focus on early careers (intern and graduate) hiring aligned to regional business demand
• Develop and deliver early careers recruitment strategies and programmes aligned to the bank’s business objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver a calendar of campus engagement and recruitment events (on-campus, virtual, and in-house) in partnership with the business teams.
• Leverage data, market insight, and deep knowledge of Asia and global universities to target the right talent pools and continuously refine attraction strategies.
• Build and maintain early career talent needs assessment to anticipate hiring needs and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of candidates.
• Support screening and assessment activities, including the development of attraction materials, coordination of interviews, hiring recommendations and offer negotiation.
• Oversee onboarding processes for early careers hires, including orientation sessions administration to facilitate a smooth transition into the organisation.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost per hire, and source of hire, including the identification of areas for improvement and optimisation.

Experience

• Experience managing Early Careers hiring.
• Experience in stakeholder skills with both internal business teams and external vendors.
• Ability to demonstrate accountability, Problem solving capability and solution focused.
• Result oriented with ability to critically evaluate processes.
• Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls .
• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal client organisation’s Policies and Policy Standards.
