Technical Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Unified Patch Management Solution across enterprise endpoints and infrastructure.
• Plan, execute, and govern patch management programs within banking or regulated environments.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Endpoint, Cyber Security, and Vendor teams.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, vulnerability management, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage patch schedules, change windows, and release planning aligned with Change Management processes.
• Define and enforce patch management policies, procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks related to patching and system stability.
• Ensure integration with ITSM, Change, and Incident Management processes.
• Lead governance forums, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to BAU operations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in enterprise patch management and endpoint management solutions.
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux patching concepts.
• Experience working in regulated environments (banking preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Change Management, Release Management, and ITSM frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with Cyber Security and Vulnerability Management teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, and documentation skills.
• PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
• ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification.
• Experience with SCCM, WSUS, Intune, BigFix, Tanium, or similar tools.
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams.

Experience

• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise patch or endpoint management programs.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure and security-driven initiatives.
• Exposure to governance frameworks and executive-level reporting.
• Experience working in banking or regulated industries.
